You've seen this video and we haven't, so you know better than we do what the bird is doing and why.
Yvonne Gallagher Feb 7, 2022:
@ Asker OK
Mohamed Fouda (asker) Feb 7, 2022:
@Yvonne Gallagher I edited it. It's not hovering. My mistake.
Yvonne Gallagher Feb 7, 2022:
@ Asker Your comments below are quite contradictory.
"in a twirl" doesn't necessarily mean "twirling" and twirling doesn't mean "hovering" at all. Different motion. Is it actually falling down or does it just look like that?
When "Kitty" and "drip, drip" is added to the mix, as Mark has said, it seems to add tension: a cat waiting to pounce on a bird and sending the bird into a panic...
Mohamed Fouda (asker) Feb 7, 2022:
In this scene, we see one of the bad guys mocking one of the PJs and his flying bird (obviously twirling). So, he looks in the sky and says 'Drip-drip, kitty. Birdy in a twirl. And we can see the PJs surprisingly looking in the sky as the bird flies around and looks like it's falling down.
Paul Ryan Feb 7, 2022:
birdie, birdy Birdie looks to be a character in PJM. As said probably means some level of panic or anxiety for B, but may also be physically rotating when they say it.

Bird in a panic

The only context provided is villain and PJ Masks.

Drip-drip suggests tension, suspense, impending evil. Kitty = cat. Birdy in a twirl = Bird panicking (in a panic).
Peer comment(s):

agree Yvonne Gallagher : "in a twirl" can indicate spinning but here it seems to indicate some form of anxiety
