I think it's an invented superlative, like fan-ta-bulous (for fabulous + fantastic). "Boss" means major, as in tremendous, and to add -arama as a suffix only increases the hyperbole. We had a TV ad running here for a while, showing a parking attendant who worked at the casino but dreamed of working at Ca-si-no-ra-ma...
