Entiendo que en español sería algo así como "técnico/a de atención al paciente". Lo de "lead" quiere decir algo así como que es principal, no auxiliar, por lo que puede que sea un puesto de responsabilidad. Creo que en español en estos casos se omitiría ese "lead", ya que cuando es auxiliar sí se especifica, pero cuando no, lo común suele ser dejar el puesto sin añadir la etiqueta "auxiliar". dejo un par de recursos a continuación:

Gracias a todos por sus inputs. Ya busqué por nombre también y no me saltó nada. Creo que voy por la opción de "Patient Support Tech", el término "lead" da la pauta de que no es un puesto temporal, en eso estoy de acuerdo con Sakshi, además tiene un número de licencia, así que entiendo que es un puesto específico.

Si no lo has hecho ya, conoces su nombre completo. Siempre que no tenga un nombre muy común, podrías buscar en LinkedIn y otros sitios a ver si dan una pista.

I doubt if this could be the suggest. This is because the role 'Lead' doesn't fit in the Part-time, Seasonal, and Temporary (PST) Employee. Well, I haven't heard of any such position that to be of a 'Lead' in Temporary positions.

Yes, this can be one of the suggestions. I was also able to find it but no further info about the role rather of PCT, I could find it better. Might be, they are similar or the same.

Thanks to the suggested reference, I found there's a role in some hospitals called "Patient Support Tech" (acronym PST) and I think it could apply in this context.

No, el cuadro dice solo "ATTENDANT/CERTIFIER SIGNATURE AND DEGREE OR TITLE" y el siguiente "TYPED NAME AND TITLE OF CERTIFIER IF OTHER THAN ATTENDANT" y de nuevo el nombre con el texto LEAD PST.
