В русском языке названия этого устройства нет ( возможно, пока нет). Это не приспособление/устройство для закрытия сосуда в месте пункции, а его часть, кстати, не обязательно применяемая(см. ссылки).

Эффективность данного метода потверждена и доказана мировым опытом: половина диагностических коронарографий в Европе завершаются наложением шва с использованием таких устройств. В России методика появилась около года назад.Теперь устройства Perclose используют и в Екатеринбурге- в Медицинском объединении "Новая больница".

После имплантации стента закрытие артериального доступа в паховой области было достигнуто с использованием Perclose (Perclose AT "Auto-Tie," Abbott Vascular Devices). Конструкция устройства с механизмом автоматического формирования узла и его применение были описаны ранее. Модификация, используемая для вмешательств на подвздошных артериях, заключается в том, что проводник остается на месте до появления пульсирующего кровотока в просвете маркера, точнее до того, как место выхода проводника достигнет уровня кожи. Эта важная методика предотвращает повреждение подвздошного стента или артериальной стенки кончиком устройства Perclose.

Получается, что этот тампер как бы для страховки, дополнительная безопасность. В нижеприведенной ссылке подробно описана методика. Насколько я поняла, основное действие оказывают первые 3 компонента, которые потом рассасываются (поскольку они внутри сосуда). А тампер снаружи прижимается к нужному месту (сендвич) и оказывает дополнительное давление, чтобы коллаген быстрее действовал.

The small plug contains only about 14 mg collagen. The technique of its deployment has been described in detail elsewhere. In brief, a short guide wire is inserted and the existing sheath removed while hemostasis is maintained with manual compression. First, the location of the end of the 8-F sheath within the artery is determined by inserting a modified dilator having 2 lumina: one (distal) for the guide wire and one (proximal) at the end of the 8-F sheath. The location of the end of the 8-F sheath is determined by the presence of blood flow through the modified dilator. Our preferred location of the sheath is ca. 1 cm further down the puncture site inside the artery lumen. The dilator is then removed and the carrier device introduced into the 8-F sheath. The anchor is secured against the intraluminal arterial wall (we check three times at different angles) and the collagen plug is deployed on the outer arterial wall. A tamper is pushed downwards to compress the collagen against the outer arterial wall ("sandwich technique"). Finally, a spring is attached between the tamper and a metal tag fixed to the positioning suture, thus applying continuous pressure on the tamper. Although the deployment technique may sound complicated, it usually takes less than 60 seconds to deploy the device.

Помимо физиологического эффекта гемостаза, данная пластина обладает высокой адгезивной способностью и обеспечивает быструю адгезию ее к раневой поверхности, что усиливает гемостатический эффект. Пластина “ТахоКомб” “склеивается” с раневой поверхностью за 3–5 мин, поэтому обязательным условием является плотная фиксация препарата к раневой поверхности сухим марлевым тупфером в течение этого срока. Пластина “ТахоКомб” постепенно рассасывается и в течение 3–6 нед замещается соединительной тканью.

Видимо, этот "тампер" служит в качестве марлевого тупфера, т.е. просто придерживает необходимы коллаген в нужном месте прокола артерии. Это чисто вспомогательная функция, в связи с чем он не должен рассасываться в организме, подобно основным частям устройства.

Наталье- я читала описание, приведенное АСКЕРОМ, и не один раз. А Вы читали? Это же явно не устройство для сшивания сосудов, а только вспомогательное приспособление. Я тоже не в восторге от названий "тампер" или "тамперное устройство/уплотнитель", но не могу придумать лучше. Прижиматель? Ясно одно- эта штука действует снаружи сосуда, а все остальные части - изнутри. Кстати, есть устройства Perclose и без нее (прямо с излюбленного Вами Google):

Вот ниже приведена интересная ссылка, это описание видеосъемки операции. Кстати, мы говорим о разных системах, в моих ссылках чаще фигурирует Angio-Seal™, в которой тампер ВСЕГДА применяется. А при использовании системы Perclose это устройство применяется по решению хирурга(если надо). А мы ведь не знаем, какая система используется в данном случае(у Аскера).

The needles exiting the device just inside the artery are drawn through the arterial wall and reenter the device outside the artery. As the ends of the sutures are pulled out, the suture loop is pulled against the arterial wall. Once it is apparent that hemostasis will be achieved, the guide wire is removed with further sequential tightening of the suture pairs [48].
