One the Company Behaviors (Единые принципы компании - из тм заказчика) for Hourly Mill Employees (for Supervisors)
More than five years ago, the Company introduced a set of expectations to describe the way we work—we refer to these expectations as our One the Company Behaviors. The introduction mainly targeted salaried employees and became the foundation for performance, development and selection processes for the salaried population.
While some mills have modified and adopted the behaviors, currently there is not an official global set of One the Company Behaviors for hourly employees.
