English to Portuguese Bus/Financial Investment / Securities
Would "equity" in this case be "patrimônio líquido"? That's what I came up with but I'm not 100% sure. Thanks!


Here's the context:

Location: Countries Friendly to the USA. We will not consider funding in countries where conflict is currently happening.

Loan: Construction, 50% Senior Debt, Refinance/Purchase, 60% to 65% LTP
**Equity**: We may be able to provide equity up to 20% of the debt subject to Sponsor being able to show that they have an equal amount of cash equity in the property.
Borrower: Must have at least 3 years operating history in the business with strong business and personal financial statements.
Rate:Construction, 475 bps spread to 650 bps spread over the 6 month LIBOR, floating for the term of the loan, adjusted quarterly.

Refinance /Purchase: 6.50% to 8.00%, fixed
DSCR: 1.43x refinance and purchase or an application of an 11% to 13% debt yield to determine max loan values.
Term: Construction 24 month, interest only.
Purchase/Refinance: 3 to 10 years
