Quanto às 11:00 h, pode ser na direção noroeste ou apontando para cima e para a esquerda. Mas você pode dizer "apontando ou marcando 11 horas" ou "em posição vertical, ligeiramente inclinada para a esquerda". Aí vai da sua imaginação.
