English to Portuguese Tech/Engineering Computers: Software Architecture, CAD Drawing

Um dos modos de cursor do AutoCAD. O termo aparece como tracking vector with coordinate readout e também como polar tracking vector with coordinate readout.

Há cinco tipos de cursor no AutoCAD:

Standard cursor;
Point Selection cursor;
Object Selection cursor;
Osnap marker with tool tip;
Tracking vector with coordinate readout.

"The polar tracking vector appears when you use the polar tracking or osnap tracking feature. Polar tracking aids you in drawing orthogonal lines, and osnap tracking helps you align points in space relative to the geometry of existing objects. Osnap tracking works in conjunction with an osnap."

Um trecho para entender melhor o Polar tracking:

"Polar tracking is not limited to vertical and horizontal orientations. You can set it to allow for other angles as well, much like an adjustable triangle in hand drafting. You can change the behaviour of polar tracking through the Drafting Settings dialog box...you can set polar tracking to "snap" to any angle you need."

Não traduzi o termo Polar tracking em vários trechos do manual por ser uma das guias da caixa de diálogo. Mas nesse caso trata-se de um modo de cursor.

Pode ser vetor de rastreamento/deslocamento com leitor de coordenadas?

A seguinte mensagem aparece no leitor de coordenadas bem próximo ao cursor :
