The Purchase Price shall be adjusted downwards or upwards by the amount of the Debt net of the Cash at Closing Date.
In the case the Closing Accounts establish that the amount of the Debt net of the Cash is negative ("Cash Amount"), the Cash Amount and the net interest ("Net Interest") will be paid to Sellers by Purchaser along with the amounts due in accordance with Section XXX above, it being understood that (i) Net Interest means the interests on Cash Amount incurred between the Closing Date and the release date of Escrow Account and (ii) the interest rate of Cash Amount shall be equal to the interest rate applicable to Escrow Account, net of applicable taxes.

It has to match the definitions section This is a legal documents, and memorialized (defined) terms are indicated with upper case on the first letter. Whatever was used when translating the memorialization of Cash should be used consistenly. It can be anything. Caixa is a perfectly suitable substitute.
