Definitions
3.1 Affected Person means any natural person whose Personally Identifiable Information has been lawfully collected, maintained or processed by or on behalf of the Insured.
3.2 Bodily Injury means physical injury, sickness, disease or death of a natural person and if arising out of the foregoing, nervous shock, emotional distress, mental anguish or mental injury.

Gwoli wyjaśnienia: podana jako kontekst definicja została sformułowana w sposób niepełny, a przez to mało czytelny, żeby nie powiedzieć: z błędem logicznym. Powinna ona brzmieć tak:
3.1 Affected Person means any natural person whose Personally Identifiable Information has been lawfully collected, maintained or processed by or on behalf of the Insured AND whose Personally Identifiable Information suffered from [lub coś w tym sensie] unauthorised disclosure.
Chodzi o to, że termin "Affected Person" ma oznaczać tylko poszkodowaną osobę fizyczną i nie rozciąga się na poszkodowaną osobę prawną.
Spójrzmy na inne zdanie z oryginalnego dokumentu:
3.43 Privacy Breach means:
(a) any unauthorised disclosure by the Insured or by the Outsourced Service Provider of any Affected Person's personal data; or
(b) any Unauthorised Access or Use of an Affected Person’s personal data stored in the Company’s Computer System;
in actual or alleged breach of any Data Protection Legislation.
