The context is clear: these are Android tokens inside an application, this is programming, not 3D rendering.
The concept of z-order is the order of sibling items in a hierarchy:

this has nothing to do with a depth or position relative to a camera, it is an order inside a stack that is completely virtual.
I found no authoritative reference so I suggest "ordre z" but it could be legitimate to keep the concept in English, which will be better anyway than mentioning a concept of depth.
