Process Customer credit application received from TPH Branch
Do credit reference check, bank report and provide feedback on the overall credit
Follow up customer accounts for payment and reconcile customer accounts regularly
Provide feedback to TPH Manager on disputes if any.
Forecast monthly collection targets
Place delinquent accounts with collection agency
Prepare bad debts write off
Tax adjustments on customer accounts
Position Requirement
Excellent communication skills dealing with Customers and TPH Managers
Minimum 3 to 4 years collection experience
Computer literate in Microsoft Office 2000
Prefer candidate who has worked with Great Plains System and Collect Pro
Enrollment in FCI designation program an asset
