English to Croatian Bus/Financial Insurance

The seller shall be responsible for insuring his liability for the items provided by the buyer to the seller for production of the merchandise. Joint recipients of an insurance settlement arising from such liability of the seller shall be the seller and the buyer and if it is not possible, an insurance settlement shall be blocked in favor of the buyer.
