Anisocytotic thrombocytes

Coehlo (26th) defines anisocytose as: ongelijke grootte van de rode bloedcellen. When looking up this adjective I came across the term in a few articles (one link included here). Good luck!

neutral Textpertise : Anisocytes are red blood cells of irregular size. Thrombocytes are cell fragments not cells. IMHO two separate terms, not one modifying the other. Unless there is a value given + will mean moderately elevated numbers found. ++ would mean highly elevated.

You could be right, however the (+) as value indicates to me one concept (test), namely, that these types of cells were found in the blood (note values after the other measurements).

Anisocytes and Thrombocytes

Abbreviations for the above terms I think. The plus meaning increased amounts present.
Example sentence:

Thrombocytes are also known as platelets

Anisocytes and poikilocytes in the urine.

agree Textpertise : Anisocytes are red blood cells of irregular size. Thrombocytes are cell fragments rather than whole cells.

Thrombocytes: Cell fragments rather than whole cells. The platelets function in haemostasis or control of bleeding. They plug holes in blood vessels and contribute to the activation of the blood-clotting cascade.
On page 4
Variations in the size of RBCs (red blood cells) are described as microcytic (small RBCs), macrocytic (large RBCs), or anisocytic (RBCs of irregular
sizes)
