This phrase occurs several times in an explanation of Daoism by a Daoist priest. I can't find any explanation/translation of it.

context for 通天达地 道教的本事，自然之法，道法，乾為之天，坤為之地。乾為陽，坤為陰。道教是為人，天地人，所以說道教可以修心以通天達地，自然之法。

Any context please? 通天达地 may be interpreted differently in different contexts of Taoism.

祈祝時，一念寂然，五臟六腑之氣直上三天，更無滯礙。舉香宜雙手平舉至胸口，是謂「心香」，香頭至眉間高，即「玄關竅」之位，謂之「叩天關」。所祝之願隨香煙直上九重，謂之「通天」，插於舖滿稻穀灰之香爐，謂之「達地。」乃指所由心香之願，直叩天關，逕上九重，通天達地，以傳香信也。

老庄之道，效法自然。所谓天地，自然万物之统称。通天达地为人与自然融为一体，应是本意。不能单纯从字面解。

disagree aiaia : A good paraphrasis but not a good translation. I don't think 天 and 地 can be skipped. My suggestion is "to be communicated(/integrated) with heaven and earth".
