Advanced Management and Marketing Specialist
I am not sure if you need a US or UK English answer, but this is a US English answer. Also, in my experience, the word "technician" is not typically paired with management or marketing positions here in the U.S. With that in mind, I would say "Advanced Management and Marketing Specialist."

: Or you could say "Senior"; totally agree about not using "technician"; but surely you need to add on "diploma"?

: Oh dear, how Spanish likes to call people "technicians" when they don't do anything techinical; I really think it's a false friend in these cases

This is effectively a degree, so whatever answer you choose should be a subject, management and marketing, not an occupation - Spanish often does this, English doesn't.
