English to Spanish Medical Psychology psychiatry, residential treatment

This is a report on a resident in a campus in Chicago. She is in a residential area with a high level of restriction and supervision. She will step down to a home group from "high-end residential". They discuss this very often. I assume that "high-end residential" is this kind of restrictive environment, and they contrast it with other less restrictive environments and that, in order to fit into society from this kind of high restriction, it would be better if she stepped down from "high-end residential" into a homegroup and then to her normal home.

The target audience is her monolingual family, probably. They speak only Spanish and don't have much education, but it also has to be technical since it's an official clinical report.

I'm considering "residencia de alta restricción", but I'm not sure, so I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you in advance.
