@Karolina "St. p." does indeed stand for "status post". This is a Latin expression referring to a state following an intervention or condition, so "status post CMV-Infection" simply means that this patient has had a cytomegalovirus infection. The same expression is used in medical jargon in other languages too. The abbreviation "st. p." seems to be commonly used in German; in English, the normal abbreviation is "S/P" or "s/p".
