HOLA

Estoy traduciendo el resultado de un análisis de sangre. En "serie leucocítica diferencial" dice:

"comprobación diferencial" y el valor establecido es "100".

¿Cómo se traduciría "comprobación diferencial" al inglés?

Gracias.

differential leukocyte count?

Just a suggestion to check out, I'm not sure if this is what your query refers to, but the values are expressed in percentages.
Example sentence:

*differential leukocyte count* a count on a stained blood smear of the proportion of different types of leukocytes (or other cells), expressed in percentages.

The number of nRBCs per 100 leukocytes is recorded during the *differential leukocyte count.* Then a correction is made as follows

Peer comments on this reference comment:

agree Michelle Wolfson : I agree with you. I see many references for Differential on a WBC (aka leukocyte) count. So you could just say Differential.

Thanks, Michelle. There weren't many refs to "comprobación diferencial", so not much to go on.
neutral Muriel Vasconcellos : That was my first thought, but then I re-read the question and saw that this is one of several processes under the heading of "serie leucocítica diferencial".

Thanks, Muriel. This may be way off, just thought it could be checked out and ruled out by those who were better informed.

WBC count
A WBC count is a blood test to measure the number of white blood cells (WBCs).
White blood cells help fight infections. They are also called leukocytes. There are five major types of white blood cells:
•Basophils
•Eosinophils
•Lymphocytes (T cells and B cells)
•Monocytes
•Neutrophils
See also: Blood differential

Blood differential
The blood differential test measures the percentage of each type of white blood cell (WBC) that you have in your blood. It also reveals if there are any abnormal or immature cells.
Normal Results
•Neutrophils: 40% to 60%
•Lymphocytes: 20% to 40%
•Monocytes: 2% to 8%
•Eosinophils: 1% to 4%
•Basophils: 0.5% to 1%
•Band (young neutrophil): 0% to 3%

So if the number under this heading is 100, maybe it's 100%? In that case Differential Check or Verification would work.
