Actually, this is a Catalonian doctor's handwritten prescription: "Recomendación que continúe con los parches 6 meses más y por el momento continúe con la fotoprotección e hidratación de la piel mientras continúe con **cuoletas** (??)." The injury was an accidental burn due to scalding with hot substances, and treatment applied were silicone dressings with muscat rose oil massage and hydrating lotions. I'd simply appreciate a reading that makes sense. TIA.

Andy, it was not in Catalan. I've quoted the relevant part, and everything before that described the treatment I've outlined. "cuo" is clear, and there's definitely a "t". To get where I am now I've had to try every combination, but this LAST WORD escapes me.

After abusing several dictionaries, the only Spanish words beginning with "cuo...." are "cuota" and "cuotidiano"

Unless the doctor has slipped into Catalan (in which case it could be the name of a lesion) - I can only think it's the name of a medicine, probably a cream of some description.
