For language service providers

Offer interpreting under your own brand

Give your clients on-demand and scheduled video and audio interpreting through a portal that's entirely yours — powered by your roster and Remoto's network of 11,000+ interpreters. Your brand, your pricing, your clients.

Your brand, front and center

A branded client portal with your logo, colors, and name. Your clients connect, call, and get receipts that say you — never Remoto.

Two interpreter sources

Staff calls from your own interpreter roster, tap our shared network of 11,000+ interpreters across 300+ languages, or both. Coverage from day one.

Your pricing, your clients

Set your own client-facing rates per language pair. You own the relationship; we never market to your clients.

On-demand and scheduled

Instant video and audio calls when a client needs an interpreter now, plus scheduled sessions booked in advance — all in one portal.

How it works

1

We provision your branded portal

You get a branded portal at your own address with your logo, colors, and name. We configure your interpreter sourcing and rate card.

2

Your clients connect

Your clients add a payment method and request an interpreter — on demand or scheduled — from a portal that looks entirely like yours.

3

Calls are served and billed

We route the call to your roster and/or the shared network, run the video/audio session, and bill your client at your rate.

4

You own the relationship

Branded receipts and notifications, your support address, your reporting. Your clients stay your clients.

Everything you need to resell interpreting

Branded portal & emails

Logo, colors, portal name, and agency-branded transactional emails (receipts, confirmations, reminders) — with your from-name and support address.

Hybrid interpreter sourcing

Internal-team only, shared-network only, or hybrid — configurable per agency. Your roster is served first when you want it.

Agency rate cards

Per-language-pair client pricing you control. The rate your client sees is the rate they're billed.

Full service mix

On-demand video and audio, scheduled calls, sign-language interpreting, and remote simultaneous interpretation for events.

Payments handled for you

Card and PayPal capture, pre-authorization, and post-call billing are built in. No payment infrastructure to build.

Admin & moderation

We provision and configure each agency portal, so you go live without standing up any technology.

Commercial terms

Every agency is different, so terms are set per partnership — typically a setup fee, a wholesale per-minute rate for network interpreters, and a revenue share. You keep 100% of your client volume and set your own client-facing prices on top.

Card payments are processed by ProZ, Remoto's operator, so that is the entity that appears on your clients' card statements.

Frequently asked questions

Will my clients see “Remoto” anywhere?

Almost never — nothing your clients read in the experience is Remoto-branded. The portal interface, the call screen, and our transactional emails all carry your name, logo, and colors. Two technical exceptions to be aware of: the portal address is path-based, so it contains “/remoto/b/your-agency” in the URL (dedicated per-agency domains are on our roadmap), and card or PayPal statements show “ProZ” — our payment processor and merchant of record — rather than your agency name.

Do I have to bring my own interpreters?

No. You can serve calls entirely from our shared network of 11,000+ interpreters across 300+ languages, use only your own roster, or combine both. The single most valuable thing we provide is instant access to interpreter supply.

Who sets the price my clients pay?

You do. You configure a client-facing rate per language pair, and that is the rate your client is quoted and billed. Commercial terms between your agency and Remoto (setup, wholesale rate, and revenue share) are agreed separately.

How are payments handled?

Payment capture, pre-authorization, and post-call billing are built in — your clients add a card or PayPal in your portal and are billed automatically after each call. Card statements are processed by ProZ, Remoto’s operator.

Can clients schedule calls in advance, not just on demand?

Yes. Your portal supports both instant on-demand calls and scheduled sessions, with branded confirmations and reminders.

How do I get set up?

White-label agencies are provisioned by our team. Get in touch and we’ll configure your branded portal, sourcing mode, and rate card.
