I work on a MAC and have encountered lots of problems trying to install and now trying to get Wordfast to work on my computer. After lots of failed installation attempts I downloaded an Office X patch and the program finally installed correctly, the toolbar displays correctly and I've started & named a translation memory, however the program keeps freezing when I try to work within a document.
Many thanks for any advice!
Carolyn

One possible option May 2, 2007

Had the same problem in the past, which I solved by increasing RAM, and allocating more memory to WordX. Having the latest Mac OS / update is a bonus.
WF has never crashed since.
Cheers

Works fine on Mac May 3, 2007

Hi,

I also recently installed Wordfast 5 on a Mac (with Mac OS X Tiger and Word 2004) and it works fine. I have about 512 MB RAM.

Best regards,

Tanja
