Hello All,
One of my clients(a translation agency) gave me a user name and password to login to crossweb at http://across.thetranslationagency.co/crossWeb/Login.aspx

But whenever I login to the site, I will get an error message which says " 'ViewPort' is undefined ". I tried using different browsers(IE, Chrome, Firefox) and I tried from different networks on multiple computers. But no help.

It is my first time to come across with "across" and crossweb. The client was in doubt with my capability to use the tool, and I promised that it shouldn't be difficult to me. Yes, I still believe that I can find my way around easily once I get the access to the functionality.

I contacted across customer support, but no reply yet. I think they are not going to give support for third party user like me.

Can anyone suggest what I can do to get ride of this error message and be able to see the shared files? I don't want to miss this job offer, it is large project, as promised by the client.

if you have any idea, please help me.

This is a personal opinion, but to me it seems rather "self-destructive" to agree to work in an environment you haven't used before. I understand that you prefer perhaps to not ask the client for help, but in this case that is probably the best way forward. Asking Across for help may indeed take a bit of time and while their customer service is indeed of stellar quality (in my experience at least) , in this situation they may not be the fastest option - talk to the client, I'd say
