Anyone able to save a Corel Draw 12 file (cdr) in dsf (Designer) format?

I have got a dsf file from my customer which I could open in Corel Draw 12.
The file is edited now, but unfortunately I can't save it as dsf from Corel. Is anyone able to do that for me? If so, please drop me a line at info at czopik dot com

Maybe I am missing something, but isn't DSF a sound file?

It is definitely a Designer file Dec 29, 2010

I was able to open and edit it in Corel Draw 12, but the customer wishes DSF back...
Unfortunately DSF is associated with Designer which I do not have, at least for the time being.

I of course tried the macro immediately. But my Corel does not offer DSF format even there, although the quoted article does say so.
For the time being I have send a DES (Corel Designer) file to the customer.
