Source text - English Computer/Internet/Mobile phone policy: The student and host family should discuss and agree upon a time limit regarding the use of
the computer, including use of the internet and email (no more than half an hour a day seems correct). Students are prohibited from
installing programs or making any other changes to their host family’s computer without express permission from the host family. They
are prohibited from visiting any pornographic or other inappropriate websites or chat rooms. They are generally expected to stop
computer use, chatting, texting, phoning, etc. at 10 pm, so that they can get enough sleep to get up early and work well in school the next
morning.
