A Dutch native with an English speaking big brother and best friend, I grew up with a love for languages. After living several years in Liège and Leuven for my studies in Brussels, I am now settled in Antwerp among a veritable hodgepodge of languages. I translate from Dutch, English and French into Dutch and English.

Projects

My main areas of expertise are sports equipment and urban design and planning. I love both creative and technical translations and have experience in domotics, educational material, arts-related and academic content, software user guides and various press releases. A lifelong learner, I’m fascinated with how each text teaches me something new and am excited to be able to pass on that knowledge to a new audience. I will just as happily dive into a story about sightseeing in the city as sink my teeth into an instruction manual for the latest vacuum cleaner.

I have experience with XTM, MemoQ, Trados Studio and Transit, and am always willing to work in either your provided tool or my own.
