Translation - English Summary of the Financial Year
Turnover, at 31 December 2008, reached 359.1 million euros, 16% more than in the 2007 financial year. This is 1.5 times the value of sales in 2006 when the current strategic plan started.
Gross earnings (EBITDA) to 31 December 2008 were 33.15 million euros, greater than the 31.94 million euros of 2007. The annual compound rate of growth, from the start of the Plan, is over 18%.
Normalised EBITDA, before attributing 5.4 million euros to non-recurrent costs for compensation linked to the restructuring of costs to respond to the new economic situation, was 38.6 million euros. This represents a normalised EBITDA margin/sales of 10.8%, greater than the 10.3% of 2007.
Attributable profit, to December 2008, was 14.7 million euros, 13% greater than that obtained in the previous financial year of 13.05 million euros. This represents an annual compound rate of growth of 15% since 2006.
The consolidated order book at 31 December 2008 was 276.2 million euros, slightly less to that of 2007, which was 291.2 million euros, 1.8 times greater than 2006.
This decrease can be explained by the multi-annual contract signed with the Ministry xx XXXXXXX at the end of 2007 to the value of 155 million euros starting to be implemented. Despite this, the decrease in the order book (-8%) is less than the increase in sales ( 16%)
The Company ended the 2008 financial year with a net debt of 43.2 million euros. This sum is less than the structural debt of the syndicated loan of 48 million euros. XXXXX is in a very solvent position when examined from the perspective of any financial ratio. More specifically, the debt ratio (net financial debt/EBITDA is 1.3x).
XXXXX has an order book coverage with a 63.4% order repetition which enables us to face the challenges of the 2009 financial year with confidence, despite the current economic crisis.
In relation to this, we continue to maintain our annual medium and long term growth objectives which were established in double digits both for income and operating profit.
Finally, during this financial year a significant change in the corporate governance of the Group has taken place, to adapt to the new shareholding structure. This has resulted both in a new Board balanced between directors representing substantial shareholders and independent directors, and explicit support to the Managing Director, who has become the only executive present on the Board. This represents the continuity of the strategy adopted recently.

PRELIMINARY CLAUSE
The present contract is governed by that established in Law 50/1980, of 8 October, concerning insurance contracts and Law 30/1995 of 8 November, concerning the arrangement for supervision of private insurance and other Spanish regulations developed, as well as by that agreed in the General, Special and Particular Conditions (XXX “All risk material damage insurance”), of this contract. Mere transcriptions or references to legal precepts will not require such acceptance.
This policy, its Special Conditions, the Particular Conditions (including its Special Clauses and Appendices and all the Supplements and/or modifications and/or substitutions issued in addition) will be considered, for all purposes, as a single contract, such that any work or expression to which a specific meaning is attributed will have that meaning wherever it is used.
The insurer will provide the cover described in this policy, subject to its terms and conditions, during the period of insurance established in the Particular Conditions and during any subsequent period for which the Policy Holder and the Insurer agree to renew the cover through the payment of the premium that, by mutual agreement, they set.
The Special Conditions below rescind that which is established in the General Conditions, in those extreme circumstances in which a contradiction between the two exists. The clauses of the General and Particular Conditions will remain, in their entirety, when they do not affect such a contradiction.
Any stipulations, conditions and clauses of the General Conditions that oppose, detract from, widen or contradict these Special Conditions are null and void and have no effect.
In all cases, the contractual basis established in Law 50/1980, of 8 October, concerning Insurance Contracting, will prevail.

Translation - English The General Production Manager of the heavy vehicle business unit explained that the Spanish plant would produce around 3,500 Stralis this year, similar to the number that will be manufactured in Ulm, and will produce 5,500 from 2003 onwards, the first full year of production. The production of Stralis in Spain began on 25 October and the number of units will increase gradually in the coming months until completely replacing the production of the Eurostar.
The XXX factory in Madrid currently manufactures 62 units a day of various models, as it also makes construction lorries in addition to the Stralis and the Eurostar. The plant has a production capacity of 100 units a day. The Stralis is already sold throughout Europe, with the exception of Great Britain, and costs between 3% and 5% more than the previous model. XXX has invested 170 million euros in this product. Out of this, 100 million euros has been invested in development and the remaining 70 million in improvements to the production process, although, a significant proportion of this, 60%, has been spent on their suppliers’ facilities. Iveco ended 2001 with a turnover of some 9,000 million euros, sales of 160,000 vehicles and a production of 400,000 engines.

Translation - English A study of the factors necessary to draw up a management plan for the multi-purpose use of forest: applied to the “domaine de Hottemme” forest (Durbuy Commune, Belgium)
Summary
The perception of forests has undergone great changes in recent years. Currently, forests have ceased to serve almost exclusively as sources of wood, hunting and cork. Instead, they now satisfy other types of demands that are becoming increasingly important, such as social uses (recreation, cultural purposes) or ecological uses (controlling erosion, regulating the nutrient cycle, conserving biodiversity).
Forest management therefore faces conflicting demands from different users and it is difficult to find a balance between the competing demands of the different interests of owners, neighbours, visitors and so on.
This study of the particular case of the forest known as “domaine de Hottemme”, situated in the Walloon Region (Belgium) proposes a methodology for analysing the different factors that influence the management of forest systems. This analysis includes the study of the natural environment (cartography and the drawing up of an inventory) and social and economic needs (cartography and carrying out surveys). The results will make it possible to divide the forest into zones according to the different management priority objectives, and to propose of a series of measures zone by zone that will make it possible to achieve the objectives established. In this way a management plan for the multi-purpose use of the forest will be established, thereby achieving a lasting balance between the different uses of the forest.

DIFFUSE CAVERNOUS HAEMANGIOMA OF THE UTERUS DIAGNOSED DURING PREGNANCY. A CASE REPORT
Introduction
Diffuse cavernous haemangioma of the uterus is a condition which has been described as being either congenital or acquired. Its incidence is rare and there have been few cases of this condition coexisting with pregnancy reported in the world literature. Kauffman describes it as a finding in the autopsy of a 30 year old primipara woman who died from postpartum haemorrhage following the vaginal birth of twins. Reiffenstuhl carried out a hysterectomy at 17 weeks of pregnancy as a result a diffuse cavernous angiomatosis of the uterus due to the risk of uterine rupture and systemic complications such as the tendency for haemodynamnic collapse. Lotgering et al. and Weissman et al. described the first two cases of successful conservative management and spontaneous vaginal birth of healthy newborns after the ultrasonic diagnosis of cavernous haemangioma of the uterus. Sutterlin et al. in 1998 reported a case of a 26 year old mother in whom a deficiency of protein S was found. The pregnancy ended with a transverse Caesarean section without a hysterectomy being required. In 2003 Kelly et al. reported a case of arteriovenous malformation with the presentation in late puerperium of a patient with profuse transvaginal haemorrhage after a Caesarean section for a twin pregnancy following pre-term labour at 31 weeks. This was treated successfully with selective arterial embolisation.
Institutional experience regarding the diagnosis and management of diffuse cavernous haemangioma of the uterus coexisting with pregnancy is scarce. The reports of cases mention that the great majority end with a hysterectomy and there are few live births. We describe below a case where the pregnancy reached full term in our institution, describing the diagnostic criteria which were used, patient management and the complications that presented.

Translation - English CONTRACEPTION:
There are different contraceptive methods. All try to prevent pregnancy.
Barrier methods:
The condom and the diaphragm can be included in this method.
The condom is a sheath made of latex or other materials for those who are allergic to latex.
1-They have to be used correctly, and therefore it is important to practise using them.
2-The condom must be put on before penetration. When the penis is erect unroll the condom along the length of the penis until it reaches the base.
3-After use the condom should be held at the base of the penis and the penis should be withdrawn from the vagina while it is still erect. It is important to do this so that the condom does not remain in the vagina.
4-Condoms help provide protection against sexually transmitted diseases.
5-If the condom breaks or remains within the vagina, a form of treatment is available to the woman known as “the morning after pill”.
The female condom also protects against pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.
1-It is simple to use; the smaller ring is positioned at the base of the vagina.
2-Unlike the male condom, it is not necessary to remove it immediately after ejaculation.
The diaphragm is another barrier method that prevents sperm reaching the ovum.
This method is efficient in preventing pregnancy but does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases.
