Les équipements utilisés sont : • 1 récepteur GPS RTK THALES 6502 STATION ; • 2 récepteurs GPS RTK THALES 6502 MOBIL ; • 2 ordinateurs portables HUSKY ; • 3 micro-ordinateurs portables pour registration et traitement des données ; • 1 instrument de sondage CEEDUCER, fréquence 200kHz avec le MODULE GPS/RTK/LRK incorporé ; • Une embarcation semi-rigide avec moteur 15 CV ; • Un véhicule. REF : c'est une station qui se trouve sur la terrasse de la capitainerie du port, II a été choisi vu son altitude qui permet de dominer la majorité du chantier. Contrôle de précision Après l'installation de la station de référence l'altitude et les coordonnées horizontales ont été contrôlées sur la station B. NOUVEAU PORT DE SKIKDA WILAYA DE SKIKDA SARL CTSYSTEMS ALGERIE 5.2.4 Levé topographique 5.2.4.1 Moyens utilisés - Une Station de référence - Un mobile récepteur GPS RTK 6502 5.2.5 Levé bathymétrique 5.2.5.1 Moyens utilisés - Une embarcation pneumatique semi-rigide ; - Une station de référence ; - Un ceeducer avec une fréquence de 200khz ; - Un récepteur GPS RTK 6502 ; - Un PC portable avec le logiciel DTM 2000 ; - Une barre d'étalonnage. 8 NOUVEAU PORT DE SKIKDA WILAYA DE SKIKDA 5.2.5.2 Méthodologie En premier lieu, l'hydrographe étalonne l'échosondeur par la barre d'étalonnage à différentes profondeurs. Il valide ainsi la profondeur du transducteur et la vitesse de propagation des signaux ultrasonores dans l'eau de mer. La distance entre profils est de 20m. Le long d'un profil, les données sont émises en continu mais l'enregistrement se fait toutes les deux (2) secondes. Durant le levé, il arrive de constater des formes de fond particulières sur les profils (des hauts fonds ou des fosses), dans ce cas on procède à un balayage plus serré. 5.3 Traitement des données 5.3.1 Logiciels utilisés Les principaux logiciels utilisés sont : C.T.Systems VIKING SURVEY.EXE C.T.Systems MTXDIFF.EXE C.T.Systems VIKING PROFILE.EXE C.T.Systems VIKING DTM2000.EXE Thaïes CONFIGPACK Thaïes GNSS STUDIO C.T.Systems VIKING XYZ2MTX.EXE Covadis Topo GEOMEDIA S.A. SARL CTSYSTEMS ALGERIE 12 NOUVEAU PORT DE SKIKDA WILAYA DE SKIKDA 7 Conclusions et recommandations : Les résultats du tableau comparatif (2006-2008) et du plan bathymétrique, attirent l'attention sur ce qui suit : 1- La dérive littorale transportant le sable qui est piégé par la jetée secondaire, qui finit par alimenter la zone d'ombre puis la passe et en dernier, l'intérieur du port. 2- Le plan bathymétrique montre la présence d'une dune hydraulique, dans la zone d'ombre, qui a tendance à migrer vers la passe. 3- dans les postes de chargement, notamment le poste P3, on remarque un creusement qui atteint - 20m environ et à son voisinage immédiat, au nord ouest, des hauts fonds à - 14m. Nos recommandations portant sur les éventuelles mesures à prendre pour maintenir la navigation et endiguer l'ensablement sont : 1- Opérer un dragage en priorité, avec un sur approfondissement, au niveau de la passe (voir plan de dragage). 2- Dragage des hauts-fonds existants au niveau de la zone P3 et du cercle d'évitage. 3- programmer, dans la mesure du possible, un dragage général, qui tiendra compte de l'élimination de la dune hydraulique, sise dans la zone d'ombre. 4 - A titre préventif il est conseillé de procéder à un dégraissement périodique, par voie terrestre au niveau des épis et la jetée secondaire. Thus it validates the depth of the transducer and the propagation velocity of the ultrasonic signals in sea water. The distance between contours is 20m. Along a contour, the data is issued continuously but recording occurs every two (2) seconds. Primarily systematic checks are done: • Entire ambiguities of phase • Level of noise • Benefit or loss of initialization • Quality of data This specific control of the quality of data is performed by means of procedures of automated sorting GNSS STUDIO on the basis of data GPS. SARL CTSYSTEMS ALGERIA NEW HARBOUR OF SKIKDA WILAYA OF SKIKDA 5.3.4 Established plans All the following plans are drawn up in format AUTO CAD (DWG): • Bathymetric plan of the harbour in the scale 1 :2000 • Dredging plan in the scale 1 :2000 • Volume calculation boards of Covadis • Volume calculation boards of Profil in GIF format 6 Results acquired 6.1 Volume The volume was calculated by comparison between the numerical model of the terrain (survey 2008) and the depth of the horizontal plane of the project. - The calculation was performed from the limits appearing on the plan; the slope supposed as being vertical. - Calculation did not eliminate the volume of the rip-raps of the pierhead. - Tolerance was not taken in consideration in the calculation - In the methane tanker post the survey was partly accomplished due to the presence of the conduits of the station of desalination. Our recommendations concerning the possible measures to be taken to support navigation and confine silting-up are: 1- To Operate on a dredging first and foremost, with a further deepening, at the level of the pass (see plan of dredging). 2- Dredging of the existent shallows at the level of the zone P3 and at the circle of swing. 3- -to program a general dredging, as far as possible, which will take into account the elimination of the hydraulic dune, located in the shady zone. 4 - As a precaution, it is recommended to undertake a periodical degreasing, by terrestrial way at the level of the plants and secondary pier.
