La creación de ZZZ no es fruto del azar o de una iniciativa empresarial cualquiera...
Mi duda no es solamente "cualquiera", sino toda la oración...
My try: The creation of ZZZ is not the result of chance or of some business initiative

The creation of ZZZ is not the result of chance or of any old business initiative.
I really think your option is about the best. You can also say "product of chance" but that is far less common and could be confusing considering ZZZ could or could not be a product istelf. The only thing I would add would be "old" (that would be slightly colloquial but not very) or normal/ordinary/routine. If not it sounds like ZZZ was not the product of ANY business initiative which I don't think it is. It's saying that it was born from a business initiative, but an extroardinary one.

any
I'd use any, because it can be used as an uncountable
20 mins
particular
The creation of ZZZ has not come about by chance or because of a particular business iniciative.
alternatively, perhaps you could use '(any) specific'

looking at it again I think it sounds better in English to say: a specific business iniciative
