Looking forward to our reunion Mar 31, 2014

Looking forward to meeting all of my old friends and making new ones. I shall arrive on the 30th of April around 4 PM, so let us plan together what can be done, at least on the evening of the 30th of April. I am open to ideas and suggestions.

Finger food reception at the hotel Apr 10, 2014

On the eve of the conference, we'll be having a finger food reception in the conference hotel, most probably starting at 7:30 pm. By this time most people will have arrived, or will be arriving during the evening.
We'll have a wide selection of small items including meat, poultry, vegetarian, as well as sweets. Some drinks will also be included. This will cost HUF 6000 (about 19 euros), payable in cash before the event.
More details later.

The powwow is mostly for BP14 conference attendees, but anyone can join.
The reception starts at 7 pm at Hotel Benczúr (Benczúr utca 35., Budapest 1067). So far 50 people signed up, I ordered food for 60, just to be on the safe side.
The HUF 6000 price includes food and a certain number of drinks.

It's also possible to order food and drinks from the menu, although hotel manegement would like to keep the reception separated from those who would only 'pop in'.
