It's a local vandal who writes often on this wall -

Update Nov 12, 2022

Turns out that the nearby Islamic Centre of England is supported by the Iranian regime and has recently been a target for anti-regime protesters, who then come past here and spray on the wall. I may share their anger but writing on our wall is not good. BTW the graffiti have now been painted over.
