Hi all!

Would you happen to know some good on-line course in Japanese? I have studied the language 5 years in the University but 2 years have passed and I don't remember anything. I am Bulgarian but I had to move to Italy and I dedicated the last 1 year to the Italian language...I must admit: I don't remember anything..
I have decided to start studying Japanese as soon as possible:)
Any help will be highly appreciated!

And don't worry about not remembering anything: it is a frightening experience not to be able to read your own handwritten notes, isn't it? But it'll be easy to brush up your knowledge, believe me.

1. http://i33www.ira.uka.de/~bgarz/nihongoshoho - This website offers you a complete course of elementary Japanese.

2. http://www.ccet.ua.edu/nihongoweb/ - Japanese Language "Nihongo Web" is an interactive, online Japanese language and culture program from The University of Alabama. Nihongo Web is available for high school and/or college credit! Speak weekly with native Japanese tutors, and test your Japanese skills with the interactive games and quizzes.

3. - Yomiuri News Stream (http://www.yomiuri.co.jp/stream)
This is Yomiuri's own site. You can also listen using Real Player.

Most of these stories have the full text included, though for a beginner it might be premature to bother with trying to work through a large written passage.
