不会啊，这是一个实实在在的翻译难题。“咸”经常被用作甜的反义词，比如说面包，如果面包不甜的话，虽然它的味道比较淡，但还是会被定义为咸面包。

英文有三个词汇：sweet, savoury, salty，当然中文也可以分清楚这三种概念，但在日常语言中，咸就是有两种意思，可以代表savoury，也可以代表salty。

肯定有更好个说法来表示葡萄酒中的savoury，但我难以想出来。
