The globe is facing a "tidal wave" of cancer, and restrictions on alcohol and sugar need to be considered, say World Health Organization scientists.
It predicts the number of cancer cases will reach 24 million a year by 2035, but half could be prevented.
The WHO said there was now a "real need" to focus on cancer prevention by tackling smoking, obesity and drinking.

دانشمندان سازمان بهداشت جهانی بر این نظرند که جامعه جهانی در حال مواجهه با "سونامی" سرطان است و بر مصرف الکل و قند بایستی محدودیت هایی مد نظر قرار گیرد.
این سازمان پیشبینی میکند که تا سال 2035 شمار مبتلایان به سرطان به رقم 24 میلیون در سال خواهد رسید؛که نیمی از این مقدار قابل پیشگیری میباشد.

Source text - English The most widely-used standard for specifying concrete masonry units in the United States is ASTM C90, Standard Specification for Loadbearing Concrete Masonry Units (ref. 1). ASTM C90 contains minimum requirements that assure properties necessary for quality performance, including specified constituent materials, minimum face shell and web thicknesses, minimum compressive strength, permissible variations in dimensions, and finish and appearance criteria.
In 2011, C90 was modified to permit the cross webs of units to be configured in different ways to meet specific project needs and performance requirements. Under new C90 requirements, web configurations are no longer regulated by their thickness, but rather the cross-sectional area of the web connecting the face shells of a unit.
Translation - Persian (Farsi) پرکاربردترین استاندارد مورد استفاده در آمریکا برای سنجش میزان تحمل بار بتون ساختمانی، استاندارد ASTM C90 میباشد. این استاندارد، حداقل ملزومات مورد نیاز برای عملکردی با کیفیت را در بر میگیرد. این موارد عبارتند از موارد تشکیل دهنده ی مشخص، حداقل سطح بیرونی و ضخامت شبکه ی بتون، حداقل مقاومت بتون تحت فشار، تغییرات مجاز در ابعاد بتون و معیار های ظاهری بتون.
در سال 2011 در استاندارد C90 اصلاحاتی اعمال شد تا بتوان شبکه ی بتونی را به روش های مختلف پیکربندی نمود و از این طریق نیازهای پروژه های خاص و الزامات عملکردی را برآورده نمود. بر طبق استاندارد جدید، پیکربندی شبکه های بتونی دیگر بر مبنای ضخامتشان صورت نمیگیرد؛ بلکه بر اساس ناحیه ی میان بخشی شبکه ها که سطح خارجی یک واحد بتونی را به هم متصل میکند انجام میپذیرد.

اين پژوهش تلاش دارد، تا با نشان دادن نقش كيفيت خدمات بانكي در رضايت مشتريان بانك، راه حل هاي جديدي را جهت ايجاد وفاداري در مشتريان بانك، پيش روي مديران بانكي قرار دهد. در اين راستا متغيير كيفيت خدمات بانكي با بهره گيري از مدل فرانسيس باتل (Francis A.Buttle) به سه دسته: 1-كيفيت سيستم هاي خدماتي 2-كيفيت رفتار كاركنان بانك 3-دقت تراكنش هاي مالي تقسيم گرديد و سپس همبستگي متغييرهاي فوق به كمك مدل آلبرت كارونا(Albert Caruana) با متغييرهاي "رضايت مشتريان" و "وفاداري مشتريان" مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. شايان ذكر است، متغيير رضايت مشتريان به عنوان متغيير تعديل گر مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. از اين رو، شعب بانك ملت غرب تهران به عنوان جامعه هدف مورد مطاللعه انتخاب گرديد و 245 پرسشنامه صحيح از جامعه هدف دريافت شد.سپس داده هاي جمع آوري شده توسط نرم افزار PLS مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرقت. به طور كلي، نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهند كه ميان كيفيت خدمات بانكي و وفاداري مشتريان رابطه مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد و كيفيت رفتار كاركنان بيشترين تاثير را در ايجاد وفاداري مشتريان دارد.

Translation - English Abstract
This study seeks to put forward new solutions to bank managers in order to create loyalty in customers, indicating the role of bank service quality in customer satisfaction. In this regard, drawing on Francis A.Buttle’s model, we break down the variable of the bank service quality into three categories: (l) service systems quality (ll) bank staffs’ behavior quality (lll) precision in financial transactions. Then, drawing on Albert Caruana’s model, we examine the correlation of the variables aforesaid with that of “customer satisfaction” and “customer loyalty”. It is worthy to note that the variable of customer satisfaction is regarded as moderator variable. As far as the methodology of the study is concerned, Mellat bank branches in west of Tehran were chosen as the subject of the study), from whom 245 correct questionnaires were received. PLS software was, then, used for data analysis. In general, the outcomes of the research reveal that there is a significant relationship between bank service quality and customer loyalty, with staffs’ behavior quality having the greatest effect on the customers’ loyalty.

Translation - English The wife of an author views his husband generally as a man, not as an author. The readers of this author’s works know him more deeply from this point of view, albeit from afar.
