Source text - English Testing the supporting pin length a) Procedure Pre-treatment: Before the sample is heated, it must be thoroughly cleaned and all oil and grease removed. This is achieved by washing ultrasonically for 10 minutes. The outer ring should be rotated several times to remove any residual oil or grease from in between the rolling elements (it may be necessary to use a small brush to assist the cleaning process). The sample is then dried with compressed air. For cam rollers with oil coating use FAM petroleum ether For cam rollers with grease coating use PER (tetrachloroethylene). PER is environmentally unfriendly and should therefore only be used in enclosed systems which are specifically designed for this purpose, or in special cases under laboratory conditions with fume extraction. Blue colouration (oxidation effect): The sample is heated at 300℃ in a laboratory oven for approx. 30 minutes, until the parts are dark blue. It is then left to cool in air (on a metal plate if desired). Splitting the component: Bofore the part is split, the position of the components in relation to each other should be marked by a line on the outside, over the leading edge of the bolt and the side of the lever. In this example, however, mathematical modeling is used considering general properties and uncertainty of length calibration using 300 ㎜ gauge block is evaluated. 9.2.1 Mathematical Modeling of Combined Standard Uncertainty 9.2.2 Uncertainty of Indication Value of Depth Gauge: A-Type(t-distribution) Standard uncertainty components can be obtained from A-type evaluation for uncertainty of random effect. For A-type evaluation, perform repeated measurement and obtain standard deviation from the result thereof. Since the average is usually used as estimated value, standard deviation of the average represents standard uncertainty components in this instance. Standard deviation is calculated with the measurement results in Table 1 and the maximum value of those calculations is divided by the square root of the number of measurements.
