Source text - English Catastrophic antiphospholipid syndrome (CAPS) is a rare and fatal condition that is characterized by diffuse venous and/or arteria thromboembolism within a short period of time and histopathological confirmation of small-vessel occlusion in at least one organ or tissue in the presence of positive antiphospholipid antibodies. Here we report the case of a 19-year-old woman with CAPS. During the first week of her hospitalization, she was diagnosed with CAPS on the basis of skin necrosis, pulmonary artery thrombosis, cerebral venous sinus thrombosis, and positive lupus anticoagulant. She was treated with corticosteroids, intravenous immunoglobulins, plasmapheresis, and anticoagulants. Forty days after the onset of CAPS, cutaneous lesions were recurred during skin surgery. She required a high dose of corticosteroids, intravenous immunoglobulins, and rituximab. No further thrombotic events occurred. Traxi may be an effective treatment option for patients with CAPS.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS for TEAM SL with CHIN GUARD
A) Unscrew the two star-grip-nuts by hand and put them aside. B) Put the chin guard with help of the gear wheels onto the chin-guard-adapters on the helmet. C) Make sure that the chin-guard is adjusted at an angle, so it protects your jaw appropriately. When too low, it might not protect your jaw enough. When to high it could interfere with your vision. The illustration shows a basic setting of the angle, which you can refer to as a default. In case of doubt please consult expert staff. D) Open the portholes on the inside of the neckgator/earpads and tighten the two star-grip-nuts securely by hand. Check on regular basis the secure fit of the star-grip-nuts.
APPLICATIONS
The chin guard fits with all TEAM SL helmets (XS/S: 52-55cm, M/L: 56-59cm, XL/XXL: 60-63cm). This product has been designed for slalom racing as facial protection against collision with slalom gates/poles.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
The chin guard should not be stored in direct sunlight or any other strong illumination. If needed, please clean the chin guard with a solution of mild soap and water. Don’t use solvents such as e.g. thinner, white spirit,.. etc. In case the surface of the chin guard got in touch with arenes, aggressive cleaning agents, paints of any kind, or alike agents the protective effect might be impaired. Don’t apply decals or stickers. Before every use please check the chin guard for any cracks or other damages, which might limit the performance. Refrain from using the chin guard until defects are attended to or the chin guard is replaced. Make sure to check regularly that the chin guard does not feature any profound scratches or marks or other defects which may affect its protective function. In case you detect discoloration or other damages on the chin guard and/or the adapters, the product may no longer be used and must be exchanged. In doubt please consult expert staff. Please only use original parts for maintenance. Check regularly that the two star-grip-nuts are adequately tightened.
STORAGE
After use the product shall be stored in a dry room (not more than 40% relative humidity) at room temperature (18°C - 22°C). Make sure that the product is not exposed to direct sunlight or temperatures over 60°C (e.g. hat rack in car, tile stove, etc.) Don’t expose the product unnecessary mechanical stress, like crushing/bending/flexing.
WARNING
The chin guard has been developed to reduce the risk of facial injury associated with alpine skiing / slalom. This equipment is only intended for use in normal skiing conditions at the user’s own risk. We do not recommend that the chin guard is used by persons under the age of 10 years due to the possibility of getting caught on other objects. The chin guard does not provide any protection against possible neck injuries or injuries to any other parts of the body. It is forbidden to modify the chin guard in any way. Refrain from putting decals, stickers, solvent, paint or any other substances on the chin guard, which might affect its protective properties.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Warranty is based on statutory provisions. Our liability shall be limited, to the greatest extent allowed by law. Any damage caused by abuse or improper use, adjustment or maintenance as well as normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty. In no event shall we or our agents be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether the claim is based upon contract, warranty, negligence or product liability, including, without limitation, loss to property other than the product itself, loss of use of any property, or other economic losses. All parts of a chin guard are subject to aging, depending on handling, maintenance, and degree of wear, which depends on the intensity of use and the specific conditions of use. Under optimum storage conditions (cool, dry. protected from daylight, no contact with chemicals, no mechanical crushing, pressure or stress) and without use, the maximum lifespan is seven years following the indicated date of production. The life span should not be exceeded in use, even if the product is in a visually good condition. The date of production you can find in the CE-Marking (“CE-Marking”) on the inside of the chin guard.
The description of the CE-Marking (“CE-Marking”) at the beginning of this user manual is an example for the layout of the information in the CE-Marking only. Source text - English 2.2 Overview
Cold Commissioning (CC) is defined as the period when individual items of the installation, electrical systems, control and instrumentation systems are checked and tested. Cold commissioning activities involve function testing without any media, while hot commissioning activities involve the use of media.
Commissioning phase tests are a perfect opportunity for the owner’s personnel to begin training on the systems alongside contractors personnel. It is highly recommended that owner’s personnel will attend these tests.
2.2.1 Activities Overview for CC
Following activities will be performed during CC:
• Visual inspection of equipment (line check)
• Rotation check of motors
• Instrumentation loop check
• Actuation of automatic valves
• Controller checkout
• Valve and equipment sequencing verification
2.3 Visual inspection of equipment (line check)
Visual inspection for all parts and equipment will be done as an essential first step. This is performed by a line check (walk through the installation along each pipe line) after completion of erection and installation works and typical items to be verified are:
• Check for completeness
• No visual damage from erection phase
• Removal of rust preventatives
• Removal of temporary screens
• Removal of temporary bracing
• Check: Pressure Relief valves re-installed after tightness test ?
• Check: Manual valves at drains and vents closed?
• Lubricant verification (filling level)
• Alignment of motors (visual check)
Results of this line check are recorded on a copy of the P&ID:
• Faultless items are checked on the P&ID ( ),
• Identified deficiencies are corrected immediately or indicated on the P&ID by a reference number and a further description of the problem shall be provided in a line check report.
2.4 Rotation check of motors
Each motor is energized and started for a very short period of time (< 1sec) and proper direction of rotation is verified by a visual check of the cooler fan wheel. Faulty direction is corrected by changing electrical connections at the motor terminal box.
The pump and a short section of the pipeline upstream and downstream of the pump shall be filled with liquid to prevent damage of the pump by dry run!
Fill the pump with demineralized water immediately before performing the rotation check.
The motor protection switch (installed in MCC) is pressed for each motor and release of the switch plus correct alarm indication in the visualization of the DCS is verified.
Results of this rotation check are recorded on a copy of the consumer list:
• Motors of proper direction are checked on a copy of the consumer list ( )
• Motors of inverse direction of rotation have to be corrected immediately
2.5 Instrumentation loop check
Each instrument is accessed by a HART communicator or other appropriate tool to simulate the signal and proper display of this signal in the DCS is verified. By checking the entire loop from field instrument up to the DCS also the proper wiring and connection is verified.
For analog signals the minimum signal (4 mA), the maximum signal (20 mA) and an intermediate value (e.g. 12 mA) shall be simulated and checked for proper scaling at the DCS.
For binary signals the proper visualization of the sense shall be verified (e.g. Activation of limit switch OPEN is displayed as position OPEN for the pertinent valve, Level

2.3 Ekipmanın görsel teftişi (hat kontrolü)
Tüm parçaların ve ekipmanın görsel teftişten geçirilmesi esaslı bir ilk adım olarak yapılır. Bu adım, dikme ve kurma işleri tamamlandıktan sonra bir hat kontrolü (her bir boru hattı kurulumu boyunca yürüyerek) ile gerçekleştirilir, kontrol edilerek doğrulanması gereken tipik noktalar şunlardır:
• Bütünlük kontrolü
• Dikme fazı sonrasında görünür hasar olmaması
• Pas önleyicilerin kaldırılması
• Geçici örtülerin kaldırılması
• Geçici payandaların kaldırılması
• Kontrol et: Sızdırmazlık deneyi sonrasında basınç giderme vanaları tekrar kurulmuş mu?
• Kontrol et: Tahliye ve havalandırma noktalarındaki manuel vanalar kapalı mı?
• Yağlayıcı madde doğrulaması (doldurma seviyesi)
• Motorların hizası (görsel kontrol)
Bu hat kontrolünün sonuçları P&ID dokümanının bir kopyasına kaydedilir:
• P&ID üzerinde kusursuz unsurlar işaretlenir ( ),
• Belirlenen kusurlar derhal düzeltilir veya P&ID üzerine bir referans numarası ile kaydedilerek belirtilip sorunun daha detaylı bir tanımı da bir hat kontrol raporunda verilir.
2.4 Motorların rotasyon kontrolü
Her bir motora çok kısa bir zaman periyodu boyunca (< 1sn) enerji verilir ve motor başlatılıp doğru rotasyon yönü soğutucu fan çarkı gözle kontrol edilerek doğrulanır. Yön hatası, motor terminal kutusunun elektrik bağlantıları değiştirilerek düzeltilir.
Pompa ve boru hattı pompasının yukarı akım ve aşağı akım yönündeki kısa bir bölümü kuru çalıştırma ile pompanın hasar görmesini engellemek için sıvı ile doldurulur!
Rotasyon kontrolünü gerçekleştirmeden hemen önce pompayı demineralize su ile doldurun.
(MCC’de kurulu olan) motor koruma anahtarı her motor için bastırılır; anahtar kolunun salındığı ve DCS görselinde doğru alarm işaretinin verildiği doğrulanır.
Bu rotasyon kontrolünün sonuçları tüketici listesinin bir kopyasına kaydedilir:
• Doğru yönde çalışan motorlar tüketici listesinin bir kopyasında işaretlenir ( )
• Ters rotasyonda çalışan motorların derhal düzeltilmesi gerekir.
2.5 Enstrümantasyon döngü denetimi
Her bir enstrümana bir HART iletişim cihazı veya bir sinyal simüle edecek ve bu sinyalin DCS’de doğru gösterildiğini doğrulayacak başka uygun bir alet ile erişilir. Saha enstrümanından DCS’ye kadar tüm döngü kontrol edilerek aynı zamanda kablo sistemi ve bağlantıların düzgünlüğü doğrulanır.
