a) Colaboração em acções de e-mailings da ReviewPro para promoção dos produtos e serviços desta, nas seguintes condições:
I. Toda a comunicação dirigida aos associados da AHP será sujeita a prévia aprovação das partes e terá, de preferência, uma periodicidade máxima trimestral.
II. A documentação referente às acções de comunicação por meios não electrónicos, será facultada pela ReviewPro em quantidade adequada ao número de associados da AHP;
III. A AHP será responsável pelo envio das comunicações;
IV. O custo de cada acção de comunicação, quando existir, e previamente aprovado, será reembolsado pela ReviewPro mediante a apresentação de cópia dos respectivos comprovativos
b) Reencaminhar para a ReviewPro as solicitações de demonstração e venda do software objecto deste protocolo
