I received a LinkedIn invitation from this name... Aug 25, 2015

a couple of months ago. I did not accept because I did not think I knew her, and her LinkedIn profile did not suggest any reason why I should as we did not have anything in common apart from being translators. Now I wonder whether there is a real person with a LI profile, or whether someone set up that profile just with the intention to scam people and is trying to establish credibility through LI?
