Spanish term

AC: RCR. RC: hipofonesis global con espiración alargada.

Spanish to English Medical Medical: Cardiology
A medical report. RCR probably is Heart Rate at Rest, but I don't know about the other acronyms nor how to translate "hipofonesis."

Heart auscultation: regular heart rhythm/regular heart sounds. Pulmonary auscultation (?): Decreased breath sounds with prolonged espiration
AC: Auscultación cardíaca = heart auscultation
RCR: ritmo cardíaco regular = regular heart rhythm
También puede ser ruidos cardíacos regulares = regular heart sounds
Hipofonesis global = murmullo vesicular globalmente disminuido = decreased breath sounds
espiración alargada = prolonged espiration
RC: no se me ocurre nada, debiere ser auscultación pulmonar = pulmonary auscultation.
