Discussion

George Rabel Feb 8, 2005:
It is fine the way you use it, but it could also be: "Stands out for its fine texture and is very pleasant to the touch."
Non-ProZ.com Feb 8, 2005:
Any ideas how to rectify the use of touch below? Firming cream to be used daily specifically to neutralise signs of ageing in punished skin on the neck and the neckline, an area which is very exposed to contractions and deformations leaving it prematurely flacid and wrinkled. REVITALIA TENSORA NECK & NECKLINE stands out for its fine texture and pleasant touch. It repairs, firms, and returns elasticity and firmness to tissue, visibly rejuvenating the neck and bust area

leaves your skin feeling soft/smooth/silky

I'm not saying Geoerge is wrong, but this is another way to put it and is used quite widely in cosmetics advertising. It also gets round your problem with using "touch". There are also any number of adjectives you can throw in for "soft" and "smooth" here.

You could say something like: "REVITALIA TENSORA NECK & NECKLINE stands out for its fine texture and leaves your skin feeling smooth and silky.

pleasant to be touched

It's just another possibility, given the fact that English so much prefers passive voice.
