Paleapoli may be small but it offers some interesting things to see . It is situated on the site of the ancient city near the Sanctuary of the Great Gods (where the Caberian Mysteries took place) and the Archeological Museum. Even though Paleapoli was the island's port in ancient times, it is the most wind-swept point on the island.
