Mietvertrag für Geräte
Es geht um eine Kaufoption im Rahmen eines Mietvertrages für Geräte (Medizintechnik). Satz: Das Mietobjekt kann käuflich erworben werden. "Hierbei werden die bereits berechneten und bezahlten Mieten mit XXX % auf den Kaufpreis angerechnet." XXX % of the rental fees already invoiced and settled are offset against the purchase price? Mein Problem liegt in der Hauptsache bei "mit XXX % (und etwas müde bin ich auch)". Vielen Dank für schon einmal Eure Hilfe.
