Selon Harrap's: "testament: ultime message d'un artiste: legacy." Je crois qu'il y a beaucoup de solutions possibles. Ca dépend du contexte et de la structure de la phrase. Pour example, "as his last testament." Le mot "testament" est aussi possible en anglais. Aussi, "as his lasting legacy." La meilleure option serait de créer une phrase descriptive, à mon avis, selon le contexte dans son ensemble.
