To configure the BTS for site wide call, you must define a Site Wide Talkgroup (SWTG) for each BTS Site and a single Common Site Wide Talkgroup (CSWTG) for use by the subscribers. The CSWTG may be replaced by the All 1’s ID (16,777,215) if the subscribers are not using the talkgroup scanning mechanism to pick up site wide call communications.
