English term

câmbio final

English to Portuguese Tech/Engineering Telecom(munications)
I've found this very common term used in radio transmissions: 'câmbio final'
I know we say 'over' for 'cãmbio' during radio communications, but would any of you know if there is an English equivalent for 'câmbio final'?
Thanks in advance
