"1.2. Notwithstanding the rights granted by the Licensor to the Licensee hereunder, nothing in this agreement shall be construed as prohibiting the Licensor:
a) to directly or indirectly open shops or points of sale of the products in the Licensed Territory under its trade name(s), and
