आधुनिक जीवन-शैली के अनुरुप बन रहे आजकल के फ्लैटों तथा कॉलोनी परिसर में दी जाने वाली वैसी तमाम सुविधाएं जो बुनियादी आवश्यकता तो नहीं है किंतु बेहद आकर्षक और उपयोगी होती हैं। ऐसी सुविधाओं में मनोरंजन केंद्र, सामुदायिक भवन, तरण-ताल, व्यायामशाला, खेल-कूद के मैदान सहित कई अन्य मनलुभावन सुविधाएं शामिल हो सकती हैं।
