I had one document in Hindi to proof-read where the previous linguistic wrote मिचली for the same and it seems he is a Hindi native speaker. But shabdkosh.com wrote मिचलाई for the same. Which one is better?

मिचली
This is the correct term.
As far as shadkosh.com is concerned, it is a useful resource, but not infallible. You must always crosscheck what is given in it with other references like a standard dictionary.
Father Kamil Bulke's dictionary gives मिचली as the equivalent of nausea.
Other terms it mentions are मतली and उबकाई.

Actually nausea is a symptom that is shown as like feeling to vomit, heavy headedness, restlessness etc. Michalee and ubkaayee form one part of it but do not describe the term fullyfully so i am making my addition.
