बीमा कंपनी के संदर्भ में फुटकर खर्चे (Out-of-pocket expenses) सही जान पड़ता है। यदि आप परिभाषा या कुछ अधिक संदर्भ उपलब्ध कराएँ तो बेहतर होगा। मैंने अपने उत्तर में विजया बैंक की वेबसाइट से जो वाक्य उद्धृत किया है, उसमें फुटकर खर्चे का प्रयोग बीमे के संदर्भ में ही है।

An out-of-pocket expense is a nonreimbursable expense paid by a patient. This could include any medical benefits that your health plan doesn't consider "covered services.
