Since it is Literature you are asking about, and not a police report, I would keep the English and use "party kids." Everyone knows what a party is.
There may be an expression for this in Denmark, but I don't imagine there is - rich Beverly Hills kids who have no cares in life, other than smoking pot and "chilling." (that is another good word to try to translate.
